Re: Affidavits vs Regular Letters?

The waiting for the school to start should definitely be elaborated on, since its how most people prove their presence before 16 besides vaccinations or passport stamps. Also, I think they'd want to...

Re: DACA Renewal, what do you expect?

I see it being the exact same packet over again- EAD, DACA- but residency only since your initial packet was receives by USCIS. If anything, a new renewal form for the DACA. Lets hope everyone's been...

Re: Affidavits vs Regular Letters?

Oh man D: did he use the church letterhead? I don't advocate notarizing documents because it doesn't make a difference, but I do believe in presentation, ESPECIALLY when its someone important, the...

Re: *****Daca approvals <------******

Thanks! Its sad to say, but I feel the apps being sent in now are getting approved faster than those sent between Sep 2012 - May 2013...just from observation :(

Re: Affidavits vs Regular Letters?

Yes, they do and the deadline is in the letter. Just a question, when exactly did you come into the US that you don't have school records? Was it from like the summer before you turned 16 and before...

Re: Affidavits vs Regular Letters?

I sent like 6 affidavits and none of them were notarized. I just put that they swore under penalty of perjury that the info was correct, and included addresses. The only difference is that you spend...

Re: proof of unlawful status

If you entered without inspection (EWI), you don't need to send anything. That only applies if you entered legally and have an expired VISA of some sort, then you'd have to prove it

Re: *****Daca approvals <------******

Hubby's EAD was approved today, DACA on 9/30! However, I find it LUDICROUS and COMPLETELY BACKWARDS that the people who sent their apps in earlier haven't been approved yet! I find no rhyme or reason...

Re: i-765 WS

Don't worry, your parents situation has nothing to do with it. Just explain that they pay for your expenses and you'd like to contribute. You're not required to volunteer your parent's info :3
