I applied in August, they received on 8/28/12 and had my biometrics on 10/05 and nothing after that :( I'm in california as well.

I am, I applied to CSU's in November, but I think I'm gonna wait to re-apply for spring 2014 because I have two pre-reqs in progress so they can't calculate my gpa for the sciences.
