Sorry did not mean it in a negative way, I meant that should not be the case. The 6 month processing guideline should occur more often equally among all applicants.

Close to 16 months. I really can not believe that people will wait 2 years for a 2 year permit.

It is weird I have same wait, applied in Sept 2012. In January I received a message that my address was changed and neither I nor m lawyer had done it. 7 or more requests (my lawyer did one of them...

I am in the same situation, since september 2012. I have done E-Request once a month. I think that they need to create a system for people at least 18 months. At this point would not even mind paying...

I have done 3 others lawyer done 2, 1 with Senator.


1 said pending adjudication
3 said background checks
2 have said this same last message, we do not when but we are working on it.

I think most people prefer First In First Out System and come on how can some people get background approved in 1 week and others take 1 year or more Did u just see that Affordable Care Act debacle...

Came legally 2000
2009 Visa Expired even though I had applied for Permanent Residency throgh my dad same year.
July 2012 got pulled over-got no insurance ticket/no DL-expired/was not arrested....
