I wouldn't know, I'm not USCIS personnel. If they sent you the denial letter and nothing else don't worry too much about it. Try consulting an attorney in immigration if you plan on applying again.

Nothing. If you're a criminal you might be subjected to deportation. If you're not and you know you qualify you can re-apply if you wish.
