So after a long wait over six months i finally got approved today!!!!
The offices are claiming that they cant do a service request because the apps are on "normal" processing times i called tuesday...

Week and a half. Got notice of name update a day later got card production and 20 min after got approval texts

She got approved today and today i did my service request i wanted to wait till she got a response.

I have been waiting for over six months and the office did NOT want to do a service request for my case stating my case was under "normal" processing time which is clearly not true. My comment/advice...

So called to get my service request and they gave all this crap about my case being in normal time of process, i sent my app on oct 1st so it has been over 6 months..
Well took me 5 tries i ebded...

He said the same crap every rep says.... "from what i can see (which is nothing) it looks like you got transfered and your app is now being processed at a local office" he just read what my receipt...

My app got transfered on the 20th of beb and now it is being processed at nebraska, i gave a call to USCIS to ask the why's of the transfer. While i am waitinf to speak to a rep the automated voice...

And how do you know that, i got two texts saying my case got transferred then a hour later got two more saying it gpt transferred to my local office so a total of 4 texts..

Sent my app on oct 1st...
