and Why can't you leave it blank? My lawyer is hinting that I should leave "place of entry" and "status" Blank. She said it's up...

I guess you're right. But I didn't have my own passport. I was a dependent. It was his passport, then my picture and visa was on his passport.

FYI: He is a real person. He didn't use fake...
