ok, i already spoke to her about this, she said that why i didn't told her since the beginning and this and that. She told me go head and go to the appoinment and if the officer at the biometrics ask...

no, i only changed my name bach in 1999 when i was caught since then i have use my real name for eveything, credit cards, bank accounts etc.
