I went the same day I received my ead and they didnt say anything. The paper they gave me there said it may take up to 4 weeks depending on how long it takes them to check your ead. I hope it doesnt...

Look at it this way in there eyes you already look bad with a misdemeanor then you lie about it, if they do find it your screwed for lying to them
