Yes I had a prior case my visa expired in 2007 and we applied for a Greencard and got declined and appealed..etc

i just got an update from uscis that says my address has been changed on my i765....neither me or my lawyer did this....wtf

Just got a response from my service request...basically said my case requires additional review and if no decision or action is made in the next 6 months then I should them back. :( I have a clean...

Yeah I think those who have had their name in immigration before this process have gotten their process delayed for one reason or another

joined the 7 month club today...app received on Aug 20th and did bio on Sep 17th...calling USCIS tomorrow after doing a service request on Feb 19 which told me to wait 30 days and if nothing happens...
