But the deferred action one is still on initial review which is we don't know why.

He called since 9 am. Once he notice one operator wasn't helpful. He just told them ok I'll keep waiting hang up and dialed again. He said the last one was more helpful in which she did not mention...

His timeline is apllication received on September 24, biometrics on October 22. From california

I have been calling Uscis, I am from California center also..and last time I called the lady told me they are reviewing every case starting from August and that they were on aug 31. So I'm guessing...
