OMG guys I received it! I checked the website and there was a USPS track code and it said delivered! I ran out to the mailbox and there it was!!! :D

Thanks guys. I received my two letters yesterday. Basically says I got approved and that I will be receiving the Work Permit in an individual letter. On the website it says that I should allow 30...

I just checked about an hour ago...and...APPROVED for both the I821D and I765 :D

I woke up my family and told them the great news. I have been waiting years ever since I found out my situation....

I have a couple questions. I know some of you sent your applications on your own but like in my case (and others) I decided to get a lawyer. Does it speed up the process with a lawyer?
