Switched from Nebraska Service Center to TSC?

I received a second biometrics appointment earlier this month that I'm going to on Tuesday for Code 1 but when I received it, they changed my service center.
Any reasoning behind it? I wish they...

How much longer do you think I'm going to have to wait? It's not like I missed my appointment and this just sucks. I'm already going to be done with my second month at the end of feb.
