honestly, you should try to apply if you EWI'd but if you overstayed your visa then I don't see the point of applying because more than likely they will deny you

I think the trick is that you don't tell them you qualify for DACA, you just basically tell them you have been granted deferred action and then go from there. But everyone has something different to...
