I called them and all they say is my case is under extensive review even though I have a clean background. I sent my i94,school records , etc proving residency for the past 13 years. I don't know...

Hi everyone I've been lurking for the past 4 months here. I hit the 6 month mark today and still no response from uscis :(.
Bios were done 9/13/12 and what's worse the website says my case can't be...
