Depends on the disposition I was arrested but am now approved and became permanent resident. My arrest was for failure to appear though from when I was 15

If she was arrested you need to send in final court disposition or they will RFE. Also mark yes on the question that asks if you have been arrested.

My mistake 2/20 just under 6 months. And I just got update from post office that my card was delivered so I should have it once I get home from work!!

Congratulations on taking the next step guys. I sent my AOS 4/20 and had my interview and approved on 8/4. Self filed. One of the happiest days of my life!!! Good luck to all!!!

2 years. Expires same day EAD does. also has TEMPORARY ONLY written on the back bellow any restrictions.

The letter comes from USCIS they are self funded aren't they? I don't think that is the hold up. I believe any service request can take up to 60 if not 90 days.

I checked no because the questions threw me off. I think it said that if I had been arrested not related to traffic and I thought at the time I was arrested it was for traffic but I guess they had it...
