By well-off, I mean top 20% of income earners in the U.S. There are many dreamers in this bracket, and many that I met on this forum that privately pledged to donate some money.

Some dreamers are now well-off thanks to DACA. If a person can't contribute that's fine, but there's no reason to make assumptions and pass judgement on a person. It's completely unnecessary.

I think you are including all expenses, including housing and stuff. In state tuition should be around 7-7.5k per semester right?
