Well the charges were breach of peace and interfering with an officer. My lawyer said it could have been a felony, but in the end it wasn't. I'm now trying to find out how to clear my record since i...

i went to court and got 25 hours of community service. It wasn't a felony so i guess it was a misdemeanor.
