I have daca and my wife is a citizen we bought a house together with a fha loan. They said my daca status was not a problem. I just made sure there were no boxes checked saying I was a legal resident.

Yeah I'm going through AOS. But I was in removal proceedings so I have to terminate my case first. That's why I send out the I-130 first.

Do you know what (DISTRIC AUTH) mean? i used Advance Parole for humanitarian reasons so could it be that the option i have to use is CH -Parolee (HUMANITARIAN-HQ AUTH) ?

I applied for 1 entry and 1 month. They approved me for multiple entries and 1 year without asking for it. So im guessing they are generous with that.
