Relax guys...It is probably a good idea not to attach DA to the CIR anyways...If it gets delayed then this might not be a problem at all. Just hope it will get attached to the Education/Defense bill...

We can pretty much guarantee the passage of Dream Act by adding these to the bill:

1) No in-state tuition for us. Thats fine, thats ok. Just give us access to loans. Give us temporary permanent...

In the current version of the bill, there is no mention of of that requirement to qualify. Adding that would not be possible either as it would need a good reason or motivation behind that.

If that is the case then a lot of illegal immigrant students who come here on 'Laser' or other visitor visas and overstay, don't qualify because they are documented ? I have a feeling that they wont...
