so i should go back and get a secured credit card then after about 6 months i will
ask them to transfer credit that i get from secured credit card to regular credit...

so if i want credit card i have to PAY 300$ dollar and 36$ annual fee.?

should i just wait for CIR to pass so i dont have to pay 300....? it is better

Today, i went to bank of american to apply for credit card but they said they can only
issue me secured credit card . And they said I can not build a credit!!!!!

anyone experience the same?
