I told them I'm at risk of losing my home and I have 2 children
They told me I will hear form them in 5 days
She told me specifically on the 18th I would get some sort of
Email response .

I just put in a service request for emrgency expidition .. They told me that I will hear from them by the 18th of June.. I hope this helps!!! Just wanted to share
