Yeah there is always that. I have no idea if I am applicable to open a credit card. Can you open a credit card without a SSN?

Well, perhaps I phrased that incorrectly but I meant that I received a 74,000 dollar scholarship which is divided equally between the four years. Therefore, 74,000/4 = 18,500 per year.
