OK so my congressman's office contacted me back and they told me that my case is only two weeks into background checks! how long does it take for them to clear off??:neutral::neutral:

yes i filled the release form and to faxed it to them, i called to make sure they got it and they said yeah, that the person in charge of doing that would contact me.

im starting to think that the 6 month estimate resets when you're transferred! it sucks, im about to make 4 months since i was transferred and 8 since they received my app!

i contacted my congressman about a week ago but his office hasn't contacted me back, they said they would get back to me once they received my release form, i called them and they said they got it...

so i contacted my house rep.(who is against daca) but surprisingly his staff was very friendly, they said they will call uscis once i fax them a form they sent me to fill out.

same timeline here! i talked to a level 2 officer two days ago, he basically told me that our cases haven't even been looked at!
