and they said no to the whole going back before 18.5 and im gonna have to go back at the age of 20
so is there a waiver to take away the ban

Im 17 and will be turning 18 soon.
should i go back right after graduation?
and may only one parent do it or both have to? because i know my mom is but she has a different last name then my dad...
