At the beginning of July, a customer Service rep told me it was rerouted there because Nebraska was experiencing serious delays. I was never notified, but I can tell through the mycasestatus portal.

Receipt Notice April 17th. Bio metrics May 9th. Expiration 9/1. Processed at National Benefits Center.

But clearly they are hurrying up a little bit. I heard from both the Ombudsman and my Congressman's office earlier this week, they said they were still processing cases received before March 16th....

When you all say USCIS says "they are working on applications from [date]," please specify which service center. Thanks!

Loquito, can you confirm your case was processed at the Nebraska center?

My case was received 4/18, had my biometrics apt by 5/9, and have not heard anything (expiring 9/1).
