So what happens if you have one last name on a driver's license and two last names on your EAD. Does that mean they're not valid to pass an I9? I'm asking because I'm gonna start working soon...

Yeah, I did. I just got a response saying they're looking into it. I also contacted my congressman. I just don't know what's taking so long. I never left the country or get into any trouble.

My EAD expired this weekend and my renewal is still under initial review.
Is anyone else that expired still waiting for an approval?

I heard that HB 87 will most likely be signed into law soon. Does anyone know the specifics on how we will be affected? Are we going to be kicked out of college if we are currently attending one?

New TSA regulations

I will be flying from either NJ or NY to ATL. I only have a WA DL. I will be flying around xmas or new years. Is it still safe with all the bumped up TSA regulations?

If I remember correctly the apps asked whether we were
US Citizen
Permanent Resident
Non-US Citizen

Then we are asked to present documentation. After that, I just told them I was undocumented.
