my dad petitioned me as a permanent resident in 2006 ( I was 16 at the time) and the visa availability was on december of 2009 but as I was out of status here in the u.s I was not able to adjust...

Unfortunately, as new immigration laws are signed into law; hopefully the dream act, the government will get tougher on dealing with illegals. I'm afraid that those unable to apply for the dream act...

Second , How did you migrated to Europe ? Student visa, a job petitioned you? etc....
