I had a minor trespassing summons charge but my case was dismissed. i have already submitted the documentation to my previous DACA application. DO i still need to answer YES for part 4 question 1?

so it has to be exactly 120 days (4 months) before EAD expiration date? how will this work. because they receive the application depending how fast the shipment is. looks like we'll have to time it...

i know what u mean i got approved last month. i even had a complicated case (with misdemeanor and previous case) . it took me about 13 months to get approved. i think yours should get approve within...

theres no reason to delay ur case. and i know that frustrations ur dealing with. its unbearable. did u have previous case? an RFE? if not then idk why theyre taking this long

well it seems like ones with previous case and complicated cases have been deffered after a year. so theres no reason to deny anyone unless they didn't present their evidence correctly

thank you! it was a misdeamnor for trespassing at this closed private beach. i didn't see a sign and next thing i know cop pulls me over. lesson learned though. never got caught with the law again.

APPROVED TODAY. previous case and minor misdemeanor. NO LAWYER. packet everything by myself. waited almost year and 2 months. what a MIRACLE!!

OMG! So i received a txt msg this afternoon from USCIS around 4pm saying my i-765 got APPROVED! im soooooo relieeeeved! For those who are still waiting im praying to god that you guys get approve...
