I send mine on March 5th and was delivered until March 14. The worst part is that I live a few towns 40 min away from the Chicago po box that was delivered to.

Renewal received = 05/11/2016 (05/12 on Elis)
Bios Done =06/02/2016
Approval= 12/08/2016


My US representative submitted a request on Monday got a response yesterday...

Okay so I spoke to a level 2 officer on Friday. And was told that the uscis officer send my application for a background check on October 10th I told her that my bios where done on June 2nd she was...

We have the same timeline I also send it to Chicago Mine was delivered on May 10 Eli's says received may12 bios done June 2 and I'm also waiting on getting approved.

Priority date of May 9
On USCIS case status has received on May 11
Elis Account says received on May 12

Yes you should be able on when you sign in on your Elis account hot the Try it out now
where is telling you about the new site. On the new site you should be able to see all the documents and see...

I Email them thru the Elis account on the option (Email us for Help) on the description I put all my info and reference the update on applications received fer 14 to May 14 since mine was received...

I sent an Email thru the Elis account yesterday ( Email us for help) Since it was not allowing me to do a Service Request. I just got a response that they had forward the request to the Nebraska...

I tried going when I originally applied and was sent out the door ( and there was like 2 people in the waiting room) This time around tried the samething as soon as I received the letter and no luck...

Yes I fall in the delayed Timeframe but my Bio appointment was scheduled really quick.
