Does anyone know if DACA Beneficiaries working with EAD can get ANTHEM Health Plan Insurance and also enroll in HSA? Or, do you have to be a US Citizen and/or Legal Permanent Resident only? Is anyone...

Sent Application: Express Mail August 15, 2013 126 pages thru Lawyer to Chicago, IL .

USCIS Recieved it: August 21, 2013 to Nebraska Service Center.

Biometrics...

RFE Received by USCIS: June 27, 2014

APPROVED: October 17, 2014 (First Time Applicant)
Received EAD Card: October 23,...

Yes they have, last week... Now I just have to wait and see what happens... It can take up to 60 days,. I have my fingers crossed,. Wish me luck..
