Ive been waiting Since March, i also filed an e request for the RFE.
It said pending adjucation..
So much for the "within 60 days"

Has anyone been granted advanced parole with misdeameanor as a minor?
Or have you had a problem re entering after using advanced parole with misdeameanor ?

For some weird reason they are lagging it with may applicants,its ridiculous.
It looks like we are going to join the 6th month club, and smart bombarding uscis with requests.
