same here I got 18 months waiting for a response but never got a RFE but they transfer me from Vermont to Nebraska for ""faster response or action in my case"" that's what they said !! don't know...

I saw people who got accepted already and they got transferred around august too :)

Omg finalyy found someone with my same case. Appplied on august 24, 2012 (vermont) and on august 14, 2013 i got transfered to nebraska and still under initial review :/
