So would you say that the application process is the same in terms of signing the papers bus of his condition. He doesn't really know what he's signing....

I work with a therapist and one of her clients is mentally challenged. He was brought to the USA as a child and he meets all the requisites . We were wondering if his mental state would affect...

Question proof of unlawful status

Omg I just realized I didn't send proof of immigration/unlawful status
What can I do now? Will my request be denied? How was I supposed to gather proof of my unlawful status?
