Ok, I was thinking of a "Matricula Profesional" which states if you're a lawyer, engineer or whatever... Never heard of the ones you mentined so I googled them and it sounds like they would be...

no, they are not. and to have one you pretty much need to live in Mexico which contradicts DACA. You think your birth certificate, US ID, and Advance Parole Document is good enough?

I don't plan on flying, I plan on driving or walking from Juarez, Mexico to El Paso, TX. This is very common down here with a Border Crossing Card but I don't know what is needed with Advanced...
