Cool Rfe question!!

I got an RFE text notice, the letter should be I the mail within the next couple of days. how long after you send the evidence they want does it take you to get approved? so far ive seen its a couple...

How long does it take for security checks to clear? and say you had pending open charges in court. will you have to wait till those charges get disposed or closed for you to get approved? i volunteer...

Unhappy does a felony disqualify you?

if you already applied for the dream act, completed your bios and are waiting approval. but during that approval period you get charged with a felony do you get disqualified?

has anyone involved their congressman and got approved shortly after or anything like that? i saw alot of people posting about getting their congressmans help and being approved after

I heard some people saying that they got their congressmans involved and that they got approved soon after. Do you think that would help?

have any may 2013 applicants been accepted? i sent my application in may and they received it on the 13th i did my bios on june 12(no walk-in) and i still havent heard from them, i saw other people...
