They are asking for your A# which is the same as USCIS#, so yes put that down. Non-US citizens are assigned A#s (LPRs, DACA, people with pending cases)

Alien # and USCIS A# are the same thing and it's a 9 digit number that you can find on your EAD.

UAB, Jeff State and as sk16 stated Alabama Public Universities should accept DACA recipients and should qualify for instate tuition if they fulfill the Alabama residency requirements.
