Mine took 4 months and I was approved last month after re-applying for something I shouldn't have reapplied for since I sent the same thing but I am now holding my card thanks to DACA.

It actually took a week(7-10 days) for the TEXT and EMAIL of PAPERWORK ACCEPTANCE to arrive.
After that, it took about 5 days for the letters to arrive.

I'm still waiting for the "fingerprints"...

So far I have received confirmation of paperwork acceptance for both 821 and 765 forms. I indicated that I had previously applied and sent a photocopy of the denial letter.
