Finished everything and the charges have been dropped. Going to send my app for renewal next week but not sure what evidence I should send.

I cant remember whats it called exactly i think it deferred something. I would have to pay the court and sheriff, get tested once a month for three months and complete a drug class.

I got offered a program. I would first have to plea no contest. After completing the program the case will be dropped and then I would have to go back to court and withdraw my plea. So I will not be...

The other guys pleaded guilty and I pleaded not guilty. I have a pretrial for next month.

Tomorrow I'm going to court for the arraingment. I think I might be offered a diversion program since I'm a first time offender. If not planning to plead not guilty and asking for a public defender....

I cant afford a good lawyer. I have court in a few days. Maybe someone could take all the blame or I could do some kind of program and have the charges dismisses. I would be good then right?

I was approved for daca when I applied last year. This month me and two other guys got charged with possession of marijauna under 20g and possession with paraphanelia. It' was my first time ever...
