I'm still waiting too mine expires 2 weeks into March. I noticed online they will start expanding the EAD to 3 yrs starting February 18th? I keep telling myself they are waiting until after that date...

If my EAD expires before my renewal is approved I will be in the same boat. Frankly, I won't tell my employer if he isn't aware. I work for a person, and I am hoping he isn't on top of these things....
