ahhhh i'm excited for you! the U visa it's self is great but it's a waste if for some reason we can't get GCs. I wonder if we're even DACA eligible if for some reason our GC applications are denied. ...

I guess I was asking for more of the interview part. I know GC applications require interviews but a lot are waived. I'm wondering if there are things I can do to...

Creativegemini is right. Clients request a w9 from our company whenever it's big ticket items. It's just for tax reporting purposes- to prove who they give money to...a paper trail.

I've read that because I turned 21 while case was pending I will be approved or denied based of prima facie. From what I've gathered I got approved but DA that I got now does not count towards...
