Advance Parole should only be used for work, humanitarian or emergency purposes. Be careful with CBP since they have a horrible record of dealing with immigrants altogether.

Expired documents for the purpose of DACA can be used without consequences. Do not worry, just use the documents at your disposal. All they need them for is to confirm your identity.
