Yes he now has his physical EAD, the only reason we really need the approval notice for I821D is bcz in our state its a requirement to get...

I-821D its still on initial review can he go get his ssn and DL with that still on initial review, or what...

Congrats !! Yeah alot had 821D after a couple of days i had mine the next day :) but ur basically approved overall :) no worries!!!
