Thank you, I couldn't believe it only took 7 days. They asked for 2009 evidence we didn't send much first time and evidence he was here on 6/15/2012. we didn't have anything for that date so we sent...

I got the best news on Saturday, My husband was approved!!!! It only took 7 days for approval after they received his RFE response.

Welcome, when mine was delivered I thought I would get a text right away to, then I thought well its Friday so maybe on Monday they will scan it in, but then at 11:30pm I got the text. Good Luck!!

I know when my RFE was delivered, I got a text at 11:30 at night that they received it. So it was the same day but late at night. Hope that helps.

So after 11 months, I will be receiving a RFE letter

I never did any service request as the lawyer suggested not to. We shall see what the letter says.

Quick question on the USCIS website where you look up your status of your case does the "Last Updated" ever change? Mine has not changed since they recieved my application on 6/12/2013.
