So should I call the county clerk and get my arrest record? Do you think I've covered all of my bases by sending in these 3 documents? I"m not sure what else I could provide them since the invoice...

I also read that if you have ever been arrested, you should obtain a copy of your criminal history to send in as well. However, since I wasn't charged, do I even have a criminal history?

Hi everyone,

I received this RFE letter today

I answered no to being arrested and charged because I was never charged, I was only in the car...
