Sending DACA renewal paperwork through mail?

What is the best shipping method for sending the DACA renewal paperwork?

Priority? Priority Express?

And does it require a special envelope or will any letter envelope do?

1. After that segment, questions 12 through 17 start. Do I have to fill them out or leave them blank?

2. Also, do I have to put the USCIS number on my EAD card...

Alright, I got a few more questions:

1) On the USCIS envelopes, at the bottom of the documents I received when I was accepted the first time, it says 'Vermont Service Center' along with an address...

Well guys, I ended up sending the w2 form to IKEA. I just finally said whatever and sent it as it is. If they want to hire me, they will. If not, oh well.
