Wow I thought my case was bad. I've been waiting since aug 12 2013 so over a year. I would keep telling her to call or send it online too. Keep at it. Me and my sister in law applied the same time....

Exactly what I said. I can't even express in writing how this is just redicilous. I'm tired of hiding out it's hurting my family!

I call and the lady asked me about when I first sent my app and about my rfe. She said yes it's been along time and so she will give something to my case worker and I should have a awnser within 15...

It was for a court disposition. Easily done my lawyer sent it in. Still no word just when they received it on may 6
