Hi fellow dreamers.

I just have a quick question about the qualifications under the Dream Act.

I was 17 when I first came to the U.S. (well a couple days after my 17th birthday

to be exact)...

Minnesota also gives you a in-state tution rate if you have lived in the state for 2 years (maybe 3 check on this plz someone) or if you have graduated from a local high school in MN and no questions...

A friend of mine is a local church pastor up north and he took me around northern MN when I visited...
