so was just approved this week the 23rd. about a month and a half after my card expired, my own fault for getting into trouble( had to wait for a copy of a certified court disposition ). jjust so...

oh ok how bad of a situation am i in with a third degree misdemeanor though? i think that's what the rfe is about.

whats your court disposition about if you dont mind me asking? i'm in a similar situation i think, mine is a third degree misdemeanor.

got just over 2 weeks left on my work permit.. i'm getting really nervous. everytime i check on teh case status it says case received.. no new update in a couple months

i just got an arraignment letter for failure to stop and give info render aid/ accident involving damage attended vehicle/prop. am i screwed?

wait when you say passport photos you mean photos that would fit a passport or the passports themselves? i dont remember the passport being a requirement during my initial request.

when it says "which Uscis office? '' how do i know which one i put down?

also if i'm renewing my daca what do i put as my current immigration status?

i got a question, i'm trying to renew it by myself, where do i send my forms?( I'm assuming you send all three forms t one address?) and do i put the check(cash?) inside the envelope? I'm sorry for...
