In my Husbands case, his grandma was having memory loss, and loss of feeling on 1 whole side of her body with not being able to walk. I forgot the medical terms for those symptoms.

We highly recommend advanced parole, we had no issues.

my husband is DACA (renewed)and he applied march 27 2014 and USCIS received application on march 31 2014, it took 5 months to get approved...

wow! they asked you alot of questions! my husband & I crossed though tj/san ysidro border and we only were waiting for 30-40 minutes and not one question was asked about where he went/what his plans...

A couple weeks ago my husband and i went to Mexico through advanced parole humanitarian. I am one of the people they talked about above that crossed recently. We flew into mexico through LAX airport...

Ohh yours was different then because mine doesn't have that. I guess its because you got your requested dates, we didn't, our approval dates were 4 months past our requested dates.

Yup! The day its approved you can go but you NEED to take the documents with you so don't leave until you receive them :-)

On our application we read stories that AP was approved within a month for people so for when we would like to travel, we put may 1 for a week of travel. However may came and went so did June so did...

when we originally applied in march we heard it would only take about a month to get approved so we requested to travel in may for 1 week.. Well it obviously did not take a month to get approved;...

Received AP document today so it took a week to receive and we only have until sept 14, 2014 to use it. We just bought plane tickets for next Thursday sept 4.... So nervous!
