I got leave absence! My gm is a angel he said he'll take me back as soon as I get my renewal I work for a restaurant chain!!!

You can't work period! Uscis sends your employer a notice 3 months before your permit expires that's how long ago my gm and hr were reminding me to take appropriate actions! You cannot go around it!!

I just send them an email -and called them I don't understand why he's stating that you can get extension when you clearly can't !!! I was at uscis office I requested an interim ead I was denied...
